Using your pouch
Place one pouch between your upper lip and gum. Leave it in place for about 30 minutes, then remove and dispose of it. Do not chew or swallow the pouch.
Nurox is designed to start working in 5 minutes. The effects last about 4 hours.

Formula and pouch comfort
Each pouch contains caffeine (75 mg), L-theanine (75 mg), citicoline (60 mg), Kanna Extract (10 mg), PQQ (5 mg), vitamin B6 (2 mg) and vitamin B12 (0.25 mg). That adds up to 227.25 mg of actives per pouch. See every ingredient.
We built the formula around energy and focus that work together. Caffeine and L-theanine are paired in equal amounts, alongside citicoline, Kanna Extract, PQQ and vitamins B6 and B12.
